UDT Trener Privacy Policy

1. Controller

2. Data and purposes

We do not create accounts. Study progress, exam history, language settings, consent choice and the Premium token stay in your device's localStorage. We do not send your full answer history to our server. The token is sent when checking Premium access.

Stripe processes your email and payment details. We receive the email, amount, date, payment status and purchase document number, not your full card number. This supports the contract, access restoration and complaints (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and accounting duties (Article 6(1)(c)).

Hosting may log request details, including IP address, date and page URL, to protect the service and diagnose errors (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the controller's legitimate interest).

3. Analytics and advertising

With consent, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads may store cookies and measure visits, answers, practice test results, checkout starts and purchases. Measurement events do not contain your email or complete answer history. Purchase events contain value, currency and a transaction ID. The basis is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied by default. Without consent, Consent Mode may send Google signals without storing cookies. These signals are not guaranteed to be anonymous. Use Privacy settings at any time to change your choice. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

4. Recipients and transfers

Recipients may include Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments, as processor and as an independent controller for its own obligations), Vercel (hosting), Google Ireland Ltd. (measurement), email providers and accounting providers. Data may be transferred outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. 5. Retention and rights

Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax law. Other data is kept as needed to handle your request, protect the service or address claims. LocalStorage data remains until you delete it. We do not sell data.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO). Providing an email is voluntary but required to buy or restore Premium.

6. Device storage

Service functions use localStorage keys starting with ut_, without accounts or an explanation-count cookie. Stripe may use its own necessary security mechanisms on its payment page. Google uses cookies according to your consent. Clearing site storage deletes progress and consent choice; purchases can be restored using email and invoice number.
