UDT Trener Terms of Service

Effective from 17 October 2026.

1. Provider

https://udttrener.com is operated by Artem Reiter, a sole trader, ul. Gdańska 141A lok. 186, 90-536 Łódź, Polska, NIP 7272866266, REGON 524361703. Contact: kontakt@udttrener.com.

2. What the service provides

UDT Trener helps you study for the theory part of equipment operator qualification exams in Poland. It provides sample questions published by Urząd Dozoru Technicznego (UDT), with an independently prepared answer key, translations and explanations in four languages.

The service is independent and is not affiliated with UDT. The answer key and explanations are not official UDT answers. Practice results do not guarantee passing the real exam or obtaining a certificate. The format of 15 questions, 30 minutes and 11 correct answers to pass follows training centres' descriptions; UDT does not officially publish this format.

Questions: sample exam questions published by UDT (udt.gov.pl), downloaded on 17 October 2026. Original work: answer key, translations and explanations. UDT is not responsible for how the information is used.

3. Technical requirements

You need internet access, a current browser, JavaScript and localStorage. No account is created. Progress, up to 50 exam results, settings and the Premium token are stored on your device. Clearing browser data removes these records. Premium access can be restored, but progress does not sync between devices.

4. Free access

Free access includes the first 30 questions in UDT order in each category, answers and explanations in Learn mode, one exam per day drawn from the full chosen category, and individual question pages. Exam review shows the result and correct options. Review explanations and My mistakes mode require Premium. The free service contract lasts while you use the service.

5. Buying and restoring Premium

Premium includes all available questions in all six categories, unlimited learning and exams, all explanations and My mistakes mode. Packages cost PLN 14.99 for 7 days, PLN 24.99 for 30 days or PLN 34.99 for 90 days. Prices include applicable taxes. The seller is VAT exempt under Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act.

This is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Stripe processes payment. Access lasts for the selected number of days from confirmed payment, when the contract is formed. Confirmation of the purchase and immediate-access consent is supplied to your email address.

To restore access on another device, enter the purchase email and the invoice number from your confirmation on the Premium page. Do not share your access token with other people.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Before purchase, we ask for your express consent to immediate supply of digital content and your acknowledgement that supplying it means losing the right of withdrawal.

That right is lost only when the conditions in Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act are met, including providing confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. Consent does not limit your right to complain about content that does not conform to the contract. If Premium fails for technical reasons on the provider's side, you may request a full refund by email.

7. Complaints and consumer rights

Send complaints to kontakt@udttrener.com with a description and your purchase email. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. No response within that period means the complaint is accepted.

The provider is responsible for conformity of digital content under Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. You may seek help from a consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection. Protection also covers business customers where the law grants them consumer rights. Mandatory rights are not excluded.

8. Final terms

Unlawful activity and disrupting the service are prohibited. Changes to these terms do not affect rights acquired through previous purchases. The Polish version is binding; translations help you understand it. Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence. Personal data rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
