Why?
The zero-position interlock (blokada zerowa) must prevent the crane from being enabled when any controller (nastawnik) is outside its zero position. Each controller is therefore checked separately in every direction according to the instructions. Leaving all levers in neutral does not demonstrate that the interlock works.
