Why?
A load embedded in the ground or frozen to a surface (ładunek tkwiący w ziemi lub przymarznięty) must not be pulled free with the crane: resistance can cause overload and sudden release. First free it safely by another method. A manager's permission or dragging it horizontally does not remove this prohibition.
