Correct answer
b

c
is prohibited when the combined weight of the load and the person exceeds the overhead crane's lifting capacity
jest zabronione, gdy suma ciężaru ładunku i osoby przekracza udźwig suwnicy
d
is permitted only when the spare lifting capacity exceeds 1 tonne and the crane has two independent hoist brakes
jest dozwolone wyłącznie w przypadku gdy zapas udźwigu przekracza 1 tonę a suwnica posiada dwa niezależne hamulce podnoszenia
Why?
Transporting people together with a load (przenoszenie ludzi wraz z ładunkiem) is prohibited because they could fall or be crushed. Spare lifting capacity, two brakes or a manager's instruction do not remove this prohibition.
